On Roundness
Human beings always open circles, but the interesting thing about it is that although in theory circles are perfect forms, we never seem to know how to close them. The resultant form may be anything but a perfect circle, that, just in case we succeed in closing the circle. That is another thing, of course; we know that sooner or later everything comes to an end, but we hold on to what we have and be it for fear, uncertainty, or painful pleasure (I would say selfish torment), it is difficult to decide that the moment of closing a circle is near.
Think about the roundness of a ring, most of times you cannot see where it begins and where it ends. Human beings can clearly see when a circle's begun and perfeclty know when we have to close it... But no, we try to give it one last chance that becomes a thousand chances leading nowhere. It´s sad, but it´s also part of our complexity: We suffer the impossibility of perfection and eternity just as we enjoy the perfect roundness of a ring.

Shame on us...
