Can't Go Away

I'm sitting on a stone. I want to walk, but there's something telling me no. I try not to listen, but as soon as I play the Deaf Selfish, it shouts at me. Then, I just can't ignore it. I hesitate. I take a step forward. But there's a noise behind me. Look at my right wrist. Is it a chain? No. It's seems like a red string.

I thought I was walking away... But... I was walking in circles. I can see the pattern left by the string.
